Senator Patrick Gallivan Explains Election Day on This Week’s State of Greater Western New York Report – November 4, 2021
Are you interested in hearing what happened on Election Day 2021 and maybe why it happened? We have just the guest to explain this.
Senator Patrick M. Gallivan represents New York State’s 59th Senatorial District which encompasses all or portions of four different counties – Erie, Wyoming, Livingston, and Monroe. In the first half of the show, the Senator talks about the impact of Election Day on national politics, not only the results of Virginia but all across the nation from New Jersey to Minnesota to Colorado. He tells how this indicates America’s growing frustration with progressive politics.
During the second half of the show, Senator Gallivan shows how this national trend against one-party politics can be seen in New York State, and especially in the Greater Western New York region. Ironically, even a solid Democrat city like Buffalo rejected the progressive extremism, proving citizens of our region have more in common with each other than with any particular political party. He also talks about the Constitutional County movement.
