Western NY OTB Audit Raises Questions
The Greater Western New York Region has dozens of Off Track Betting locations. These used to be primarily about horse racing, but have since expanded into other gaming opportunities. The money is supposed to be used to promote rambling. But what did recent investigative reporting and a New York State audit find?
