On August 25, 2021 the Cattaraugus County Legislature UNANIMOUSLY voted to pass a resolution declaring “Cattaraugus County, New York, a Constitutional County, unwavering in their commitment to protect the constitutional rights of its citizens.”

This group page – originally dedicated to convincing the Legislators of Cattaraugus County to pass such a resolution – is now dedicated to participation in the next steps on the journey to reclaiming the precious liberties that we inherited and that we intend to pass down to our children, grandchildren, and the generations to come.

May other counties follow the brave steps of this one and stand up and speak up.
