What’s New And Happening With Newspapers In Greater Western New York?

Silvestri then talks about the project he’s been tasked with heading up and how that’s changing the landscape of how people view and use newspapers.

In the show’s second half, Rea tells us how newspapers have disappeared throughout the Greater Western New York Region and why you should be concerned about these growing “news deserts.” Silvestri elaborates on our region’s particular twist on the Relevance Project’s concept of a “town hall meeting” and how that makes us both unique and on the leading edge.
