Glenn Clark Talks Branding on This Week’s State of Greater Western New York Report – October 28, 2021
Have you ever wondered what it’s all about if you’re selling something? You need to make sure that people are focused exactly on what you’re trying to sell. That’s called “branding” and it’s all about positioning your product in a certain way so that it’s very clear to your audience, to your market, to your prospects, what it is, who you are, and how it benefits them. We’re going to learn a little bit about that.
Glenn Clark is an experienced marketing consultant with an expertise in branding. He begins the show with a very clear example of how branding immediately benefits you. It separates the plain vanilla version of your business from the one with all the frills that everyone will be talking about. This is especially critical for those with retail businesses and physical products.
After the break, Clark shows how branding can be used for concepts and ideas. Here, he uses promoting the Greater Western New York region as an example by starting with the famous “I Love New York” campaign.
