Bobbie Anne Flower Cox Explains Uniting NYS & State Legislators’ Lawsuit Against Hochul’s Executive Overreach
A lot of things happen when Covid struck. New York State made some decisions that caused many people to think about whether or not these actions represented the right things to do, not only from a medical standpoint, but from a government standpoint. What do you think? Click below to watch this week’s episode of The State of Greater West New York Report and make your own decision.
This week’s guest is Bobbie Anne Flower Cox, an attorney who’s taking on New York State Governor Kathy Hochul and her administration on behalf of Uniting NYS and several New York State legislators. She explains the problem with a regulation called “isolation and quarantine procedures” and how the State is defending itself.
In the second half of the show, Cox reveals when a ruling can be expected, how you can follow what’s going on, and what’s needed most if you’re interested in getting involved. Then she lays out what happens after the ruling – whichever way it goes – by outlining the strange way cases are appealed in New York State.
Our guest happily answered questions from the live audience. In fact, these are probably some of the same questions you had.
